0x06 - Get Solar
Available for:
Net status
Up to 100 INV
via RS 232
X
The '0x06 - Get Solar Net status' command displays the current network status of the
interface card.
Important The 'Get Solar Net status' command displays the current network status of
only the interface card, not of the complete system.
The Solar Net status of the interface card is output as a 1-byte value of the 'unsigned'
char data type.
One possible cause of an error message when querying the Solar Net status is an open
Solar Net ring. An open Solar Net ring can be caused by a faulty network cable or a
missing terminating plug.
An open Solar Net ring is indicated by the red LED on the datalogger.
