LOCATION TAG POSITION - CONTINUED
• SCAN A SAVED LOCATION TAG
At Machine Start Up Need to View Location Tag
1 Each time the machine is powered ON, a location tag will need to
be scanned for autonomous use (manual mode available without
scanning tag). The machine prompts operator to drive to a location
tag by displaying the "Set Location Tag Position Indicator" icon
(X27).
2 Drive the machine so the location tag is within view of the
machine's 3-D vision sensor.
3 Machine processes Location Tag (LED Status Bar will be white
with blue corners when attempting to read location tag).
a. If the Location Tag is recognized the machine will;
load the existing map associated with the tag.

emit a two tone ascending sound.
•
The "No location tag position" icon will disappear
•
from the screen.
b. If Location Tag is not recognized or trying to add as a new a
tag that is already recognized the machine will;
indicate it failed by displaying a fault code
•
emit a slightly longer low sound.
•
4 Machine resumes mapping and returns to normal operation.
5 Ideally park the machine facing the location tag after use. That
way when the machine is powered ON and goes through its boot
up process, it will automatically find the location tag and be ready
to operate.

• ADD NEW OR DELETE LOCATION TAG
Multiple Location Tags can be saved by the machine. Each tag can
have multiple plans associated to it. NOTE: Menu options will vary
based on key permissions.
1 Drive the machine so the new location tag is within view of the
machine's 3-D vision sensor.
Press Autonomous Help Screen Switch (S) to enter menu.

a. Press up or down arrow to highlight "Set new Location tag" to
add a new tag or "Delete next seen tag" to delete.

Back Select Tag:0 . .
b. Press right arrow to choose "Yes".
c. Press right arrow to "Select".
d. After tag is scanned, machine will emit a two tone ascending
sound and the display will show location tag ID # (xxx).

• CHANGE LOCATION TAG
Only one Location Tag is active at a time. To playback a plan saved
to a different tag, machine needs to be told to change Location Tag
(disassociate the current tag and scan a different tag).
1 Drive the machine so the desired location tag is within view of the
machine's 3-D vision sensor.
2 Press Autonomous Help Screen Switch (S) to enter menu.
a. Press up or down arrow to highlight "Change Location tag" to
use a different tag and playback it's saved plans.
(Menu will vary)

b. Press right arrow to "Select".
c. Press up arrow to highlight "Yes".
d. Press right arrow to "Save".
e. Display will change and machine will begin actively scanning
for a location tag. Moving "0" next to "Tag:" indicates machine
is actively scanning for a location tag.
f. After tag is scanned, machine will emit a two tone ascending
sound and the display will show location tag ID # (xxx). Plans
saved to this location tag can now be played back.
