CLEANING SOLUTION FILTER

1 Drive the machine to the appointed disposal area.
2 Ensure that the machine is off and the Magnetic SmartKey (Z) is
removed.
3 See Figure 4-2. Close the Solution Shutoff Valve (34).
4 Unscrew the solution Filter Cover (33a). There will likely still be
some solution in the line that will spill out.
5 Clean the filter cover and Screen (33b).
Reinstall the screen and cover, ensure Gasket (33c) is in place.

7 Open the Solution Shutoff Valve (34).

CLEAN SENSOR LENSES

CAUTION!
Do not use any harsh cleaning detergents or abrasive cleaning agents on the sensor lenses or damage may occur.
Only clean the lenses as needed to reduce the opportunity of scratching them.

• Clean 3-D Vision Sensor lenses (15) and Infrared source lenses (45A) using an optical grade microfiber cloth dampened with lens
cleaning solution.
• Clean all Drop-Off Sensor lenses (16) using an optical grade microfiber cloth dampened with lens cleaning solution.
Clean all Safety Sensor lenses (17) using an optical grade microfiber cloth dampened with lens cleaning solution.

• Clean 2D Mapping Sensor lens (14) using an optical grade microfiber cloth dampened with lens cleaning solution.
