-Magnetic SmartKey present on the SmartKey Reader
(A) is not programmed to be used with this machine.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Remedy
Connect vacuum hose to squeegee assembly
Reverse or replace
Adjust so blades touch floor evenly
across entire width
Empty recovery tank
Secure drain hose cap or replace
Seat gasket properly / Replace gasket
Clean squeegee assembly
Remove debris
Reduce flow via control panel solution switch
Turn vacuum ON or set vacuum to high
Replace brush or pad
Consult Nilfisk
Consult Nilfisk
Slow down
Increase scrub pressure
Increase solution flow
Fill solution tank
Clean solution filter and flush lines
Open solution shutoff valve
Clean or replace valve

See Problem "Inadequate or no solution flow" check remedies for
no solution flow.
Change menu Option "Ignore water meter?" to Yes, to use
machine until sensor can be fixed.

Reconnect battery connectors
Check for electrical short circuit & reset
Replace Main Fuse 100 Amp
Unplug Charger
Press (Q) to select Forward direction or press (R) to select
Reverse direction.
Rotate Speed Adjustment Knob (P) clockwise
Reset the Emergency Stop
Check error fault codes

Check for drive motor overload
Fill detergent cartridge
Purge system, straighten lines to
remove any kinks
Check pump, wiring and lines
Place an appropriate SmartKey onto the SmartKey Reader.
Clean both the SmartKey and the SmartKey Reader using a
clean cloth. Depress the SmartKey between your thumb and
forefinger to insure free movement of the magnet.
Place a SmartKey that has been programmed to be used with
this machine onto the SmartKey Reader.
