To select a time base ( scale ), turn the TIME/DIV [10]; left (slow) or right
(fast)
Range 1ns/Div — 10s/Div, 1 - 2.5 - 5 Increments.

5.1.5 Vertical scale and position

To move the waveform up or down, turn the vertical position knob [11]
for each channel.
To change the vertical scale, turn the VOLTS/DIV [13] knob; left (down)
or right (up)
Range 2mV/ Div — 5V/Div,1-2-5 increments.
