La présente publication contient les informations nécessaires à exécuter un entretien
correct des hayons élévateurs ANTEO. Ces contrôles doivent être exécutés afin de garantir
la fiabilité du produit ANTEO ainsi pour la protection de sa propre sécurité et de celle
d'autrui. Le temps utilisé pour ces simples opérations rendra le hayon plus fiable et en
prolongera la durée de vie.
ATTENTION
Le hayon ne doit pas être modifié et l'entretien doit être effectué uniquement selon
les procédures indiquées dans les instructions. En l'absence d'une autorisation
écrite délivrée par ANTEO S.p.A., d'éventuelles modifications ou d'éventuels
écarts par rapport aux instructions d'entretien seront considérés comme non
autorisés. Si des modifications devaient être effectuées ou des instructions
d'entretien autres que celles conseillées devaient être adoptées sans autorisation
écrite préalable, ANTEO S.p.A. ne pourra en aucun cas être retenu responsable.
Le hayon faisant partie du véhicule sur lequel il est monté, il nécessite le même soin que
celui réservé à la carrosserie de ce véhicule. Laver et éliminer la saleté et la boue avec des
jets d'eau froide ou tiède et avec des détergents. Il est nécessaire, surtout après la période
hivernale, d'effectuer un lavage particulièrement attentif afin d'éliminer les éventuelles traces
de sel utilisé sur les routes. Après le lavage, il pourra aussi être nécessaire de remettre en
état les zones où la peinture a été enlevée par les agents extérieurs.
ATTENTION
Eviter d'utiliser des systèmes de lavage haute pression et haute température
qui pourraient compromettre, de manière irrémédiable, l'intégrité de certaines
pièces et le bon fonctionnement du hayon élévateur.
Le liquide de lavage doit ne doit pas être agressif (pH 5 – 8) et les dispositions
antipollution doivent être respectées.
Ne pas vaporiser d'huile, de pétrole ou d'agents chimiques qui peuvent détériorer
les pièces en aluminium, en caoutchouc ou en plastique.
L'aspersion et la vapeur ne doivent pas pénétrer dans le coffre de la centrale
hydraulique ou des commandes.

ROUTINE AND SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
This manual contains the information needed to carry out the proper maintenance of
ANTEO tail lifts. These checks are to be carried out in order to ensure the reliability of
product ANTEO as well as to safeguard oneself and others. The time taken to follow these
simple steps will make the lift more reliable and will prolong its life.
ATTENTION
The tail lift should not be modified and maintenance must be carried out in the
manner specified in the instructions. Without written authorization from ANTEO
S.p.A., any modifications or deviations from the maintenance instructions will
be considered as unauthorized. Should there be any modifications or mainte-
nance instructions applied other than those recommended without prior written
authorization, ANTEO S.p.A. will not be held liable in any way.
The lift, which is part of the vehicle on which it is installed, requires the same care given to
the body of the vehicle. Wash away the dirt and mud by spraying cold or lukewarm water
using shampoo. It is necessary, especially after the winter period, to carry out a particularly
thorough washing to remove any traces of salt used on the roads. After washing it may also
be necessary to restore the areas where the paint has been removed from external agents.
ATTENTION
Avoid using high pressure and high temperature cleaning systems that would
compromise irreparably the integrity of some parts and the correct functioning
of the lift. The washing liquid must not be aggressive (pH 5 – 8) and should
comply with anti-pollution regulations. Do not spray oil, petrol or chemicals that
can cause the deterioration of aluminum, rubber or plastic. The washing spray
and steam must not penetrate the hood of the hydraulic unit or the commands.
Do not wash the cylinders at high temperature against because the heat causes
subsequent condensation inside the cylinder, causing rust. Do not spray at high
pressure inside the cylinder protection end-winding cover, because it is where
the cylinder air vent is located, with maze.
