Appendix B: Replacing the Hard Drive
3. Disconnect the SATA power and data cables from the hard drive(s). Pinch the metal
connectors to unplug the SATA power and data cables.
NOTE: If no metal connectors are present, gently tug the SATA power and data cables off the
hard drive.
4. Remove the four screws on the side of the mounting bracket. Keep these sets of screws
separate.
5. Carefully remove the hard drive from the mounting bracket.
