Mounting
The actuator on the moving part and the sensors
on the fixed part of the protective device must be
form-fit mounted at the selected position with the
help of the enclosed tamper proof safety screws.
4.2 Mounting of the safety
evaluation device
The safety evaluation device must be installed in a
control cabinet with enclosure rating IP 54 or
higher.
Latch the safety evaluation device to a standard
35 mm mounting rail.
If several safety evaluation devices are installed
in a single control cabinet without sufficient air
circulation maintain a lateral distance of
5–10 mm between the safety evaluation devices.
