ALARM POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power.
Fuses blown.
Input mains power voltage fault.
Control initialisation failed.
Overcurrent detected in inverter.
Travel data acquisition error.
Motor 1 not connected.
Motor 2 not connected.
Both limit switches activated.
Flat batteries.

TEST button pressed accidentally.
Safety devices in alarm state.
Excessive voltage drop.
Travel length error.
Limit switch error.
The radio transmission is impeded
by metal structures and reinforced
concrete walls.
Flat batteries.

ACTION
Check power cable.
Replace fuse.
Always disconnect from mains power before
removing fuses.
10 seconds then reconnect to the mains and
switch on.
We recommend replacing the control unit if
the problem persists.
Press the TEST button twice or perform 3
command requests in succession.
Check that open and closed limit switches
are positioned correctly.
Press TEST and check if any safety devices
are in alarm state.
Repeat acquisition procedure.
Check the motor 1 cable.
Check the motor 2 cable.
Check connections of limit switches or
check for foreign objects in limit switch
blocks.
Wait for mains power to be restored.
Repeat acquisition procedure.
Press the TEST button and check the safety
of the safety devices.
Repeat acquisition procedure.
Check mains voltage.
Repeat acquisition procedure.
Check that door closed limit switch is in cor
rect position.
Install the antenna outside.
