Recommended X-Ray Tubes
Below is a list of X-ray tubes recommended for use with your S8 TIGER. There are more options
available (e.g. target materials). For availability of a specific tube type's target materials, please con-
tact your Bruker AXS Service or Sales Representative. In most countries and states, you will need an
individual on-site X-ray test if you choose to use a target material heavier than rhodium. The table lists
the recommended operation parameters.
