5. BEFORE USING YOUR INDUCTION HOB

Read this guide, paying particular attention to the "Safety Warnings" section.

Remove any protective film that may still be on your induction hob.
•
Wipe it with a damp cloth and then dry it.
6. OPERATION
Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient and economical cooking technology. It works by
means of electromagnetic vibrations that generate heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly
through heating the glass surface. The glass is heated only because the frying pan eventually heats
it.
Touch controls
•
The controls respond to touch, so there is no need to apply pressure.
•
Use the fingertip, not the tip.
•
You will hear a beep each time a keystroke is registered.
•
Make sure that the controls are always clean, dry and that no objects (e.g. utensils or cloths)
are covering them. Even a thin film of water can hinder the operation of the controls.
