1. Align pins on the torch connector with the MIG gun receptacle.
2. Connecting Mass clamp to negative (-) welding output terminal and clamp to the workpiece as
close as to the welding areas.
3. For GTAW, GS-FCAW, connecting polar conversion connector to positive (+) output terminal.
4. Connect earth stub grounding line.
5. Plug the power cord plug into the electrical outlet.
6. Connect gas hose to gas cylinder.
3.2.3. Self Shielded Flux Core Wire (SS-FCAW)
