Remark
Possible gas leakage occurs due to the
unfixed nozzle
Spatter possibly leads to the damage of gun.
Use anti spatter to eliminate the spatter
Unfixed contract tip possibly lead to the
unstable arc.
The physically incomplete contact tip possibly
lead to unstable arc and arc automatically
terminating
If there is dust or spatter, remove it
Unsuitable of diameters of wire possibly
leads to unstable arc. Use drive roller
compatible with diameter of wire.
Remark
Unsuitable of diameters of wire possibly
leads to unstable arc and excessive spatter.
Use drive roller compatible with diameter of
wire.
Replace it if necessary.
The unfixed pressure adjustment handle
leads to unstable welding output.
Unstable rotation or physically incomplete of
the wheel possibly leads to unstable wire
feeding and arc.
Remark
The twisted gun cable leads to unstable
wire feeding and arc.
Relevant measure should be taken to
obtain stable weld and prevent the
