Winding the knob on the wire pressure adjustment knob to adjust the wire pressure.
Clockwise will increase pressure, anti-clockwise will decrease pressure. There is number scale on
the tensioner to indicate the position.
Push wire thru guides into gun liner continue to hold wire. Be sure that wire is positioned in
proper feed roll groove. Pull and hold wire, cut off end.
Replace the tension arm and pressure adjustment arm. As picture above. Adjust the wire feed
tension tightly enough to prevent wire from slipping against drive roll during operation.
Warning:
•
Before changing the feed roller or wire spool, ensure that the main power is switch off.
The use of excessive feed pressure will cause rapid and premature wear of the drive roller,

the support bearing and the drive motor.
Connect MIG gun and Mass clamp as guideline in part 3.2.2 and 3.2.3. turn ON power switch.
Surely, engage the connector into the receptacle. By hand, twist the knurled nut on connector
clockwise until it is snug. Press and hold JOG button to check wire feed speed until the wire
through the welding whip and gun.
Be sure that contact tip matches wire diameter. Install the contact tip, the nozzle and tighten.
