10. | Configuring the mega macs PC SE
CAUTION!
Pulling off of the HG-VCI PC when actuating the clutch
Risk of injury or material damages
Proceed as follows before startup:
1. Apply the parking brake.
2. No gear is engaged.
3. Regard the window with information and instructions.
NOTICE
Danger of short circuit and voltage peaks when connecting the HG-VCI PC
Danger of destruction of automotive electronics
Switch off ignition before connecting the HG-VCI PC to the vehicle.
3. Connect the HG-VCI PC to the vehicle's diagnostic connection.
ð Both LEDs of the HG-VCI PC flash.
ð The HG-VCI PC is ready for operation.
4. Push to Start HG-VCI PC update.
5. Regard the window with information and instructions.
6. Confirm the window with infos and instructions with
ð The HG-VCI PC update will start. Data is copied from the mega macs PC SE to HG-VCI PC.
ð The message HG-VCI PC update successfully done appears if the update was successful.

Configure all interfaces of the mega macs PC SE software under Settings > Interfaces.

Proceed as follows to search for a BPC-Tool:
1. Switch on the BPC-Tool and connect it with the mega macs PC SE software (see operating instructions of the BPC-
Tool).
