Anzeige der Firmware-Version
1) Mit der Taste MENU (36) das Hauptmenü auf -
rufen.
2) Durch Drehen des Knopfes TRACK/ENTER (5)
die Zeile „5. VERSION" anwählen. Dann den
Knopf drücken. Folgende Übersicht erscheint:

3) Zum Zurückschalten auf die Standard-Displayan-
sicht die Taste MENU erneut drücken oder zum
Zurückschalten auf das Hauptmenü die Taste
BACK (4).
9.3
Firmware aktualisieren
Ist im Internet eine neue Firmware verfügbar, kann
die Ihres Gerätes aktualisiert werden:
1) Auf der Homepage von „img Stage Line"
(www.imgstageline.com) unter der Rubrik „SUP-
PORT" auf „Software-Updates" klicken.
Dann nach unten bis zur Rubrik „FIRMWARE-
DOWN LOADS" scrollen.
Dort zum Herunterladen auf das Symbol vor
„CDMP-700USB" klicken.
Die heruntergeladene Software auf einen USB-
Memory-Stick kopieren.
2) Den CDMP-700USB mit dem Netzschalter (45)
ausschalten.
3) Den Memory-Stick mit der neuen Firmware in die
Buchse MEMORY DEVICE (38) stecken.
4) Bei gedrückt gehaltener Taste PROG. (18) das
Gerät wieder einschalten. Die Firmware-Aktuali-

3) To switch back to the standard display view, press
the button MENU once again; to switch back to
the main menu, press the button BACK (4).
9.3
Update of firmware
When a new firmware is available on the Internet,
the firmware of your unit can be updated:
1) On the home page of "img Stage Line"
(www.imgstageline.com), click "Software Updates"
under "SUPPORT".
Then
scroll
downward
DOWNLOADS".
For downloading, click the symbol in front of
"CDMP-700USB".
Copy the software download onto a USB memory
stick.
2) Switch off the CDMP-700USB with the mains
switch (45).
3) Insert the memory stick with the new firmware
into the jack MEMORY DEVICE (38).
4) Switch on the unit while keeping the button
PROG. (18) pressed. The firmware update will
start and the display will show a status indication:

Pflege des Gerätes
Das Gerät vor Staub, Vibrationen, direktem Sonnen-
licht, Feuchtigkeit und Hitze schützen (zulässiger
Einsatztemperaturbereich 0 – 40 °C). Für die Reini-
gung nur ein weiches, trockenes Tuch verwenden,
auf keinen Fall Wasser oder Chemikalien.
Hinweis zu Tonaussetzern und Lesefehlern
Zigarettenrauch dringt leicht durch alle Öffnungen
des Gerätes und setzt sich auch auf der Optik des
Laser-Abtastsystems ab. Dieser Belag kann zu
Lesefehlern und Tonaussetzern führen. Da sich
Zigarettenrauch nicht immer vermeiden lässt (z. B.
in der Diskothek), muss das Gerät dann in einer
Fachwerkstatt gereinigt werden. Diese Reinigung ist
kostenpflichtig, auch während der Garantiezeit!

Maintenance of the Unit
Protect the unit from dust, vibrations, direct sunlight,
humidity and heat (admissible ambient temperature
range 0 – 40 °C). For cleaning only use a dry, soft
to
"FIRMWARE-
cloth; never use water or chemicals.
Note concerning sound interruptions
and reading errors
Cigarette smoke will easily penetrate through all
openings of the unit and will also settle on the optics
of the laser sampling system. This deposit may
cause reading errors and sound interruptions. As it
will not always be possible to prevent cigarette
smoke (e. g. in discotheques), the unit must then be
cleaned by skilled personnel. Please note that there
will be a charge on cleaning, even during the war-
ranty period!
