送りベルト・ローラの交換方法
Changing the feed belts and the rollers
注意 CAUTION
送りベルト・ローラの交換を行う時は、必ずミシンの電源ス
イッチを切り、電源プラグをコンセントから抜いて、専門技術者が
行ってください。
Always turn off the power, unplug the machine and then
authorized technicians are allowed to replacing the feed belts and
the rollers.
1.
横カバー 1 を開け、ネジ 2 を外して、シリンダカバー 3 を取
り外してください。
2.
ネジ 4 を外し、 押えを上げながらローラ土台 ( 組 ) 5 を矢印方向
にスライドさせて取り外してください。
この時、カップリング継手 6 を落とさないように注意してく
ださい。

ナット 7 を外し、カバー 8 を取り外してください。
4.
ネジ 9 を外し、後ローラ土台 10 のネジ 11 を緩めてから、針
板ブラケット 12 を少し持ち上げて取り外してください。

Open side cover 1. Remove screw 2 and cylinder bed cover 3.

Remove screw 4. Move roller base assembly 5 in the direction
of the arrow while raising the presser foot. Then remove roller
base assembly 5. At this time, be sure not to drop coupling
joint 6.
3.
Remove nut 7 and then remove cover 8.
4.
Remove screws 9. Loosen screw 11 for rear roller base 10.
Raise needle plate bracket 12 slightly and then remove the
bracket.
