上メスの調節
Upper knife adjustment
注意 CAUTION
上メスの調節を行うときは、必ずミシンの電源スイッチ及び
エアコンプレッサからの圧搾空気の供給を切断してから、専門技術
者が行ってください。
メスの刃先で手や指を切る危険がありますので、細心の注意
を払って作業を行ってください。
Always turn off the power and shut down the air compressor
first and then authorized technicians are allowed to adjust the upper
knife.
Pay close attention to the knife edges not to injure your hands
and/or finger.
上メス

と下メス

のかみ合わせ寸法は、下メスが最右位置のとき
に 0.5 mm です。上メスの前後位置は、上メスの先端
前端面に合わせます。止めネジ
えバネも同時に緩みますので併せて調節してください。

This adjustment achieves the correct overlap of upper knife

clamp spring simulataneously. (See the following.)
After this adjustment is made, tighten screws

knife clamp spring front to back by loosening set screws
Be sure that the lower knife clamp spring is parallel with the lower
knife. After this adjustment is made, tighten screws
