USE OF THE MACHINE
CLEANING THE INJECTION SYSTEM
Do not rest the machine on the vehicle because the fluid could accidentally leak out.
The injection system cleaning operation requires 1 litre of fluid; this is sufficient for a 20-30 minute cycle. Fill the ISC tank (max
capacity 3l) with the cleaning fluid, making sure that it is compatible with the fuel powering the vehicle. For large capacity engines
or if it is extremely dirty, it may be necessary to increase the amount of product required and thus lengthen the treatment time and
achieve the desired result.
WARNING: the machine may not work if there is not enough fluid in the tank. Only use specific additives for cleaning
injectors or the injection system for diesel or petrol engines depending on the vehicle being cleaned because the
Manufacturer is not liable for damage to vehicles and the machine caused by the use of NON-SPECIFIC products.
1. Start the engine and leave it running until the normal working temperature is reached (min 70°C). Switch off the engine.
2. Position the machine close to the vehicle.
3. Connect the red pipe to the PRESSURE connection and the blue one to the RETURN connection. Both pipes have a quick-
release coupling and a red and blue pipe marker collar.
4. Identify the fuel delivery pipe and, possibly, the return one that connect the fuel tank or filter to the injectors.
5.Use the pipes supplied, with inner diameter of 8 or 10 mm, to connect the delivery pipe and the return one to the fuel tank.
For some vehicles it may be necessary to use the adapters with the quick-release couplings instead of the pipe on its own.
In this way, a closed circuit is created through which the fuel is sent back, by means of the vehicle's pump, to the vehicle's tank.
In some types of engine, the electric pump can be deactivated by removing a relay or a fuse.
WARNING: the injector is also sometimes deactivated. In this case, do not remove any relay or fuse.
If there is no return pipe, plug the delivery pipe with a plastic plug.
6. Use the pipes with quick-release coupling, supplied, to connect the PRESSURE pipe to the previously disconnected supply pipe
and the RETURN pipe to the return connection of the injection system.
7. Connect the machine to the vehicle's battery (12 V dc): the black clamp to the negative pole (-) and the red clamp to the positive
pole (+).
WARNING: the machine functions only at 12V. If it is connected to a supply source of more than 16V, the safety fuse
in the machine's electronic system will blow.
8. Select INJECTION and press OK
