PURGING THE ISC TANK
1. At the end of the cleaning operation it is essential to empty (PURGE) the tank for two important reasons:
- when changing from the cleaning of a diesel system to a petrol one, and vice versa, to prevent cross-contamination of the
two fluids.
- when you finish using the equipment it is necessary to completely empty the tanks and pipes to prevent the fluids from
corroding the gaskets and occluding the pipes.
2. If the tank is not emptied during the guided steps of the cleaning cycle it can be emptied at any moment using the PURGE
function
3. Connect the universal diam.8 pipe to the PRESSURE pipe and insert it in an empty container
4. Select the SPURGE function and press OK, in this way the fluid is pumped at 0.5 bar; as soon as the sensor signals a low level,
the pump is activated again for 20 seconds so as to completely empty the tank and pipes.
CLEANING THE INTAKE SYSTEM
Do not rest the machine on the vehicle because the fluid could accidentally leak out.
The intake system cleaning operation requires 1 litre of fluid that is sufficient for a 30-40 minute cycle; the length of the cycle
depends on the sprinkling and stand-by times set.
WARNING: the machine may not work if there is not enough fluid in the tank. Only use specific additives for cleaning the
intake system of diesel or petrol engines depending on the vehicle to be cleaned because the Manufacturer is not liable
for damage to vehicles and the machine caused by the use of NON-SPECIFIC products.
1. Start the engine and leave it running until the normal working temperature is reached (min 70°C). Switch off the engine.
2. Position the machine close to the vehicle.
3. Connect the machine to the vehicle's battery (12 V dc): the black clamp to the negative pole (-) and the red clamp to the positive
pole (+).
4. Connect the sprinkler (9) with the relative small transparent tube to the quick-release coupling (7)
5. Select INTAKE and press OK
6. Fill the AIR tank and set the time: the first setting (sprinkling time) to 1 or 2 seconds and press OK
