Installation and
maintenance of
hydraulic hoses
NOTE
Operational safety of P653S pump can only
be ensured in case of professional installation
and maintenance of hose lines.
Lubrication hose lines
• must never be subjected to torsion
• must be installed twist-free
• must not rub against metal components
or edges
• are to undergo regular visual checks and
must be exchanged in the case of wear
(at latest 2 years after installation)
Pay attention to non-linear installations to
allow for larger bending radius as possible.
Avoid kinks. In constricted installation
conditions, use pipe elbow unions to avoid
danger of kinking behind hose socket.
Use high pressure hydraulic hose for
lubrication lines.
