FROZEN DRINK RECIPES
FROZEN PINA COLADAS
16 oz Pina Colada mix,
1Vz cups cold water
non-alcoholic - cold
1/2 cup rum, optional
Combine all ingredients except rum. Pour into rotating freezer bowl. After 10
minutes add rum through cover opening without shutting off the machine
and allow to freeze to desired consistency.
Freezing time: 20-30 minutes
FROZEN MARGARITAS
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup tequila, optional
2 cups margarita mix,
non-alcoholic - cold
Combine all ingredients except tequila. Pour into rotating freezer bowl. After
10 minutes add tequila through cover opening without shutting off the
machind and allow to freeze to desired consistency.
Freezing time: 20-25 minutes
FROZEN STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI
2 cups cold water
16 oz frozen strawberries,
2 TBL sugar
thawed - pureed
1/4 cup lime juice
3 oz rum, optional
Combine all ingredients except rum. Pour into rotating freezer bowl. After 15
minutes add rum through cover opening without shutting off the machine
and allow to freeze to desired consistency.
*Or 1 pureed peach, fresh or frozen-thawed for flavor variation.
Freezing time: 20-25 minutes
FROZEN DAIQUIRI
3 cups limeade
3 oz rum, optional
Pour limeade into rotating freezer bowl. After 15 minutes add rum through
cover opening without shutting off the machine and allow to freeze to
desired consistency.
Freezing time: 20-25 minutes
