MARASCHINO CHERRY ICE CREAM
10 oz maraschino cherries in juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup whole milk
Drain and reserve juice from cherries; chop cherries. Combine heavy whip
ping cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla, and maraschino cherry juice with an
electric mixer until sugar is dissolved. Pour into the rotating freezer bowl.
Once ice cream has reached desired consistency, add cherries through the
cover opening without shutting off the machine and allow to mix.
Freezing Time: 20-30 minutes
BANANA-PINEAPPLE ICE CREAM
2 medium size bananas, peeled -
1 cup whole milk
mashed
8% oz can crushed pineapple,
2/3 cup sugar
undrained - unsweetened in
1 tsp vanilla extract
natural juices
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Mash the bananas. Using an electric mixer, add the remaining ingredients
blending well. Pour into the rotating freezer bowl.
Freezing time: 15-25 minutes
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
10Vz oz frozen strawberries,
2/3 cup sugar
sweetened - thawed - cold
1 TBL vanilla extract
3/4 cup whole milk
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Place strawberries in a blender or food processor and puree. Add remain
ing ingredients and process until smooth. Blend for a few seconds before
pouring into the rotating freezer bowl.
Freezing time: 15-25 minutes
