● Password: <The last eight characters of your device serial number>.

Generating Diagnostic Logs Locally
Procedure:
Perform one of the following actions according to your device model:

TLK 110 Press and hold the Volume Up button
and Volume Down button until Creat-
ing Logs displays on the screen.
TLK 25 Press and hold the Power button and
Series Volume Down button.

Actions
a. Connect your smart devices or computer to the following Wi-Fi net-
works:
● For TLK 110, TRS-XXXX
● For TLK 25, TLK25-XXXX
● For TLK 25 Wi-Fi, TLK25-WIFI-XXXX
b. For the Wi-Fi password, enter the last eight digits of your device
serial number.
NOTE: The WAVE PTX Portal administrator can change the
default password.

Results
If the logs package request is successful,
your radio shows the following indications:
● The voice announcement sounds.
● The display shows Logs Created.
● The Diagnostics Log Status icon
pears in the status bar.
● The Log Info screen shows Available.

● The voice announcement sounds.
● The top crescent white LED blinks twice.
