Model Indications
● The three-bar LED illuminates and
scrolls.
● The top and bottom red crescent LED
blinks continuously.
If there is no connection to the Internet
Service Provider, the device shows the
following indications:
● The voice announcement sounds, indi-
cating there is no Internet connection.
● The bar LED illuminates and reflects
the network signal strength.

If you speak your command to the device
through the Voice Assistant feature asking
about the Wi-Fi status, the LED bar illu-
minates and reflects the network signal

Verify that the Wi-Fi router is operating nor-
mally.

● If connecting through Wi-Fi, verify if In-
ternet connection of the Access Point is
good.
● Verify that a firewall is not blocking Inter-
net access.
NOTE: The WiFi MAC Address
is displayed in the Device Info
page or the Info screen in Test
Mode.
● Verify that a firewall is not blocking access
to the destination port TCP 8883.
● If connecting through Wi-Fi, verify if In-
ternet connection of the Access Point is
good.
● Verify that a firewall is not blocking Inter-
net access.
● Verify that a firewall is not blocking access
