Wiping Device Locally
Prerequisites: Ensure that your device is in maintenance mode.
Procedure:
Perform one of the following actions according to your device model:

(CH-) simultaneously.
b. After Maintenance appears on the
screen, press and hold the Volume
Down and Menu/Programmable

ly.

The following sections show the problems, failure messages, or service codes shown on your device and the
self-troubleshooting steps that you can perform.
Depending on your device model, the issues are shown through display or voice announcement.
If the issues persist, capture the logs manually, and contact authorized Motorola Solutions dealer to pull the
logs remotely.

The radio status bar shows the follow-
ing icons:
Chapter 2: Troubleshooting
Results
Your radio reboots and deletes the user-con-
figurable persistent settings. Activation Code
must be manually regenerated through the
WAVE PTX Portal.

The voice announcement sounds.
●
The top and bottom crescent white LED
blinks twice.
●
Device reboots to recovery mode and the
LED bar displays two-bar LED.
If the device wipe is successful, the device
restarts automatically.
Resolutions
●
Verify that the antenna is attached proper-
ly.
