No Channels
Model Indications
TLK 110 The radio shows the following indica-
tions:
● The amber LED blinks.
● The radio display shows No Chan-
nels.
● The radio status bar shows the
Scan icon.
Scan cannot be disabled from the radio
menu or Device Management pages in
the WAVE PTX Portal.
TLK 25 The device shows one of the following
Wi-Fi indications:
● If your device is ready, the voice an-
nouncement sounds indicating that the
talkgroup list is empty.
● If you access the talkgroup list from
the device menu, the voice announce-
ment sounds indicating that the talk-
group list is empty.
Scan cannot be disabled from the device
menu or Device Management pages in
the WAVE PTX Portal.

Model Indications
TLK 110 The radio shows the following indica-
tions:
● The red LED blinks.
● The radio display shows User Disa-
bled.
On the WAVE PTX Portal, the Devices
and User Management pages shows that
the WAVE PTX user account is Deacti-
vated.
TLK 25 The device shows the following indica-

Resolutions
● On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that your
radio is a member of one or more talk-
groups.
● Verify that the Standard talkgroup type
has at least two members and Dispatch
talkgroup type has a Dispatcher member.
● Verify channel zone/position assignment
in the Contacts and Features pages in
the WAVE PTX Portal.
● On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that your
device is a member of one or more talk-
groups.
● Verify that the Standard talkgroup type
has at least two members and Dispatch
talkgroup type has a Dispatcher member.
● Verify channel zone/position assignment
in the Corporate Management page in
the WAVE PTX Portal.
Resolutions
● On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that the
WAVE PTX user status is active.
● Use one of the Authorized Users with Re-
mote Supervision capability to enable the
user account.
● If the WAVE PTX user account is still dis-
abled, refer to one of the following man-
uals:
○ "Remote Disable or Enable Fleet
Member" in the Dispatch User Guide,
