Resolutions
1. Verify that the SIM Card is inserted cor-
rectly.
2. If the SIM card needs to be replaced, per-
form the following actions:
a. Insert the new SIM card into the de-
vice.
b. Enter maintenance mode.
c. To lock the inserted SIM card, press
and hold the Volume Up (+) and
Voice Assistant buttons simultane-
ously.
If the SIM lock procedure is successful,
the device shows the following indica-
tions:
● A positive tone sounds.
● The top and bottom crescent green
LED illuminates.
If the SIM lock procedure is unsuccess-
ful, the device shows the following indica-
tions:
● A negative tone sounds.
● The top and bottom crescent red LED
blinks twice.
Resolutions
Capture the logs manually and contact au-
thorized Motorola Solutions dealer to pull the
logs remotely.
