No Connection to the WAVE PTX Server
Model
Indications
TLK 110
The radio display shows the following
indications:
Error 0620 or Error 0621 service
codes.
The radio status bar shows good Wi-Fi
and Cellular Network Strength icons:
On the WAVE PTX Portal, the CELL
PLAN column shows Activated and
the CONNECTED column shows Yes.
NOTE: Only applies to radios
with a built-in SIM card.

The device shows the following indica-

tions:
The voice announcement sounds one
of the following service codes:
"Service code 0620"
"Service code 0622"
"Service code 0624"
The device vibrates.
The top and bottom red crescent LED
blinks twice.

PWAP Connectivity Issues
This section provides solutions for Preconfigured Wi-Fi Access Point (PWAP) Connectivity Issues specifically
for the TLK 25 Series model.

If the Wi-Fi credentials are missing on

the WAVE PTX Portal and the device
is connected to a temporary Wi-Fi con-
nection, the device shows the following
indications:
The voice announcement sounds, indi-
cating that the device is connected to a

Wi-Fi Network Strength.
Cellular Network Strength.
Resolutions
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that the de-
vice name appears in the Users page and
STATUS column shows Active. If the STA-
TUS column shows Disabled, you must reac-
tivate the user's status.
Perform the following actions to reactivate
users:
1. Select the users in the Users page.
2. In then Actions menu, click Activate.
3. Click OK.
Verify the selected users return to Active sta-
tus.
Click the Reactivate link from the Activation
Code column to re-initialize the WAVE PTX
account.
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify that the de-
vice name appears in the Users page and
STATUS column shows Active.
If the STATUS column shows Deactivated,
perform the following actions:
1. Click Activate under Activation Status.
2. Click Generate Activation Code under
Activation Status to re-initialize the
WAVE account.
Resolutions
Configure the Wi-Fi credentials on the WAVE
PTX Portal.
