If there is no connection due to LTE
network issues, the device shows the
following indications:

The voice announcement sounds, in-
dicating that your device network is
down.
●
The three-bar LED illuminates and
scrolls.
●
The top and bottom red crescent LED
blinks continuously.
If there is no connection to the LTE
Service Provider, the device shows the
following indications:
●
The voice announcement sounds, indi-
cating there is no Internet connection
even though the LTE is turned on.
●
The top and bottom red crescent LED
blinks continuously.
If you speak your command to the device
through the Voice Assistant feature ask-
ing about the LTE status, the LED bar il-
luminates and reflects the network signal
strength.
No Wi-Fi Connection

If there is no connection due to Wi-Fi

network issues, the device shows the
following indications:

Cellular Network Not Connec-
Cellular Network Unavailable.
Invalid SIM Card.
Missing SIM Card.
Resolutions
●
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify the CELL
PLAN column shows Activated.
NOTE: Only applies to radios with
a built-in SIM card.
●
Verify that the SIM Card is inserted cor-
rectly.
●
Verify that the SIM card is installed.
●
Verify that the device is in the LTE cover-
age area.
On the WAVE PTX Portal, verify the CELL
PLAN column shows Activated.
Resolutions
●
Verify that the Wi-Fi is enabled.
●
Verify that the Configured Wi-Fi SSID and
Password are correct.
●
Verify that the device is in the Wi-Fi cover-
age area.
