Basic functions
Changing device mode

1. Press the
key.
ð The measuring results are submitted to the EMR system and assigned to
the electronic patient file.
2. Ask the patient to step off the weighing platform.
ð The device is ready for the next measurement.
To complete a measurement procedure on devices that are not connected to an
EMR system, proceed as follows:
1. Make sure that the displayed measured values are plausible.
2. Transfer the displayed measured values to the patient file manually.
3. Ask the patient to step off the weighing platform.
4. Press the
key.
ð Measured values and manual entries are discarded.
ð The device is ready for the next measurement.
NOTE
– The functions described in this part of the instructions for use are
intended exclusively for administrators and hospital technicians.
– This part of the user documentation contains information about
configuring the device for measuring mode and for integrating it into
a PC network.
