3. Os demais produtos será contada a garantia
a partir da data da Nota Fiscal de venda.
3.1 - Será concedida somente para o PRODU-
TO que for adquirido, novo, pelo agropecuarista direta-
mente da JUMIL ou de Revendedor seu, observado o
item seguinte.
3.2 - Ressalvada a hipótese do item seguinte, a
Garantia ao agropecuarista será prestada por intermédio
do Revendedor da JUMIL.
3.3 - Se o PRODUTO for vendido a agropecu-
arista, por Revendedor que não seja Revendedor da JU-
MIL, o direito à Garantia subsistirá, devendo neste caso
ser exercido diretamente perante à JUMIL, nos termos
deste Certificado.
3.4 - A Garantia não será concedida, se qual-
quer dano no PRODUTO ou no seu desempenho for
cio de entrega técnica son:
a) Plantadoras Abonadoras de la Línea MAG-
NUM: JM3060PD, JM3080PD, JM3080PD SS;
b) Sembradora Abonadoras de la Línea EXAC-
TA: JM3070PD, JM3090PD, 3090PD SS;
c) Sembradoras Abonadoras de la Línea POP:
JM2570PD SH, JM2670PD SH;
d) Sembradoras Abonadoras de la Línea
GUERRA: JM7080PD, JM7090PD;
e) Sembradoras de Hortalizas: JM2400SH Na-
tura, JM2490 Perfecta,
f) Cosechadoras de Maíz y Cereales: JM350,
JM360G, JM370, JM390;
g) Cosechadora de forraje: JM4200SH;
h) Vagón Forrajero: JM6000, JM10000;
i) Distribuidor de Fertilizantes: JM PRECISA
6M³;
j) Sembradora Abonadora: JM5023/27PD;
k) Sembradoras Articulable Portador TERRA:
JM8080/8090PD.
3. Para los demás productos la garantía se
contará a partir de la fecha de la Factura de venta.
3.1 - Sólo será concedida para el PRODUCTO
que es adquirido, nuevo, por el agricultor directamente
de JUMIL o de su Distribuidor, observado el siguiente
ítem.
3.2 - Exceptuando la hipótesis del siguiente
subítem, la Garantía al consumidor agropecuario será
brindada por medio del Distribuidor de JUMIL.
3.3 - Si el PRODUCTO es vendido al consu-
midor agropecuario, por un vendedor que no sea Dis-
tribuidor de JUMIL, el derecho a la Garantía subsistirá,
debiendo, en este caso, ser ejercido directamente ante
JUMIL, en los términos de este Certificado.
3.4 - La Garantía no será concedida si cual-
quier daño en el PRODUCTO o en su desempeño es

3. For the other products, the warranty will be
contracted from the date of the sales Invoice.
3.1 - It will be granted only for the PRODUCT
that was acquired, new, by the farmer directly from JU-
MIL or their Dealer, observing the following item.
3.2 - Save the hypothesis of the following item,
the Warranty to the farmer will be provided through the
JUMIL Dealer.
3.3 - If the PRODUCT is sold to the farmer by
Dealer other than the JUMIL Dealer, the right to Warranty
shall subsist, being in this case exercised directly before
JUMIL, in the terms of this Certificate.
3.4 - The Warranty shall not be granted if any
damage in the PRODUCT or in its performance is caused
by:
