Laying fiber-optic cable L15
1. Release the cable conduit which accommodates cable L13 on one
side from the rotating unit. This makes fiber-optic cable L15 easier to
install (see figure below).
2. Secure fiber-optic cable L15 to the cable pulling tool (rubber hose
included in the upgrade kit).
Tip: Make a small cut at the end of the rubber hose, push the
connector for fiber-optic cable L15 into the hose and secure the
connection with adhesive tape.
3. Carefully feed fiber-optic cable L15 into the cable conduit (which also
accommodates cable L13) from above using the cable pulling tool.
4. Release fiber-optic cable L15 from the cable pulling tool.
5. Re-attach the cable conduit of the rotating unit.
