After charging
Replug the battery plug into the working connection

Information with low-maintenance batteries
Add distilled water after the charging process has been
completed; observe the correct acid level. There are
corresponding indicators on the battery.
DANGER
Danger of causticization!
Adding water to the battery in its discharged state can
cause the acid to leak.
Wear protective glasses and protective clothing when
handling battery acid. Observe the regulations con-
cerning the handling of batteries!
WARNING
Risk of damage!
Use only distilled or desalinated water (EN 50272-T3)
for filling the battery.
Do not add any substances (so-called performance im-
proving agents), else warranty claims will not be enter-
tained.

Information concerning accidents with a
risk of chemical burns
Rinse thoroughly with lots of clear water if acid gets into
the eye or comes in contact with the skin.
Then consult a doctor immediately.
Change clothing.
Wash off the acid If it comes in contact with the clothes.

This vehicle is equipped with various safety systems.

Information on the main switch/
emergency stop
The device is equipped with an emergency stop switch
Note
The emergency stop switch can also be used as a main
switch, but does not replace the key-operated switch on
the steering column. After switching on the emergency
stop switch, wait a few seconds actuating the key-operated
switch.
The emergency stop switch is located to the left of the
driver's seat of the vehicle.
To take all functions out of operation immediately: Push
emergency stop switch.
The emergency stop has an immediate effect on all device
functions and electrically disconnects the battery from the
device.
Note
If the emergency stop is pressed while driving, the device
brakes abruptly. Side brush and scrubbing deck and brush
head remain lowered, valves remain open and fresh water
comes out.
To restart, pull out the emergency stop switch.
