Cleaning the vehicle
Clean vehicle daily after finishing work.
DANGER
Risk of injury!
Wear dust mask and protective goggles.
CAUTION
Risk of damage!
Be careful when using high-pressure cleaners for
cleaning!
Radiator fins, hydraulic hoses and valves, seals and
electric and electronic components must not be
cleaned with the high-pressure cleaner.
When cleaning the vehicle with a high-pressure clean-
er, the respective safety instructions must be observed.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
Clean the machine with a damp cloth which has been
soaked in mild detergent.
1 Nuts (4x)
2 Filter dedusting rail
3 Dust filter cartridges (5x)
Screw out 4 nuts.
Remove the filter dedusting rail.
Take out five dust filters and five sealing rings.
Clean the dust filter with compressed air from the out-
side to the inside.
During installation, take care to ensure that all sealing
rings are seated correctly in the guides.
The flat fold filter is responsible for protecting the suction
blower of the wet cleaning.
Remove and clean the flat fold filter as needed.

Replace every 100 operating hours!

3 Cover, suction blower
4 Flat fold filter
Open the lock and lock strap.
Remove cover.
Take out the flat folded filter.
Clean under running water with a soft brush, allow to
dry thoroughly before fitting.
Do not use scrapers or other sharp-edged tools,
otherwise the flat fold filter will be irreparably dam-
aged.
Ensure at the time of installation that the flat fold filter is
seated correctly in the guide.
