Insert head straps in the hood
shell
Notice!
For different head sizes, the
front assembly flaps on the hood
shell can be locked in 2 posi-
tions (Pos. 1, Pos. 2). These
positions have two lock settings.
The rear assembly flaps have
two rows each (Pos. 1, Pos. 2)
to set the angle of the breathing
protection hood.
■ Insert the front assembly flaps
at position 1 or 2 and lock them in
place completely.
■ Fasten the rear assembly flaps
in position 1 or 2 on the pin of the
hood shell.
Check seating position of the
breathing protection hood
■ Put on the breathing protection hood
with open visor.
■ Check the settings of the head straps
and correct them if necessary.
■ Close the visor.
Notice!
The facial seal must be in con-
tact with the entire facial contour
and the field of vision may not
be impaired by the visor (e.g. for
men with beards). If this is not
the case, a correction must be
carried out at the front or rear
assembly flaps [5-1],[5-3], the
head band [5-2] or the adjusting
screw [5-4].
