LOCATION TAG POSITION

• SCAN LOCATION TAG
At Machine Start Up Need to View Location Tag
Each time the machine is powered ON, a location tag will need to be
scanned for autonomous use (manual mode available without scanning tag).
1 Follow the steps under "Location Tag" section of this manual to properly
affix a location tag (44) to the wall.
2 See Figure 2-21. Power machine ON. Upon machine start up
Countdown Timer (X26) indicates Autonomy system is booting up. The
machine prompts operator to drive to a location tag by displaying "For
autonomous cleaning, drive to location tag".
3 Drive the machine so the location tag is within view of the machine's
3-D vision sensor (1-2 meters in front of location tag).
4 Once autonomy system is booted up the machine will begin actively
scanning for a location tag. Moving "o" (X35) indicates machine is
actively scanning for a location tag see Figure 2-22.
5 Machine processes Location Tag (LED Status Bar will be white with
blue corners when attempting to read location tag).
a. If the Location Tag is new the machine will"
indicate "New tag found." ask to "Add this tag?". Select "Yes"

to add this as the current location tag see Figure 2-23.

b. If the Location Tag is recognized the machine will;
load the existing map associated with the tag.
