RECORDING FILL-IN PLANS

1 Press Record Switch (U).
a. Highlight "Fill-In" from menu.
b. Press Record Switch (U) to start recording.
c. Screen displays message to "Drive counterclockwise, remember to close the
loop. Machine will request cleaning settings at the end.".
d. LED Status Bar (4) will emit a slow flashing green light.
2 Drive the machine in a counter-clockwise path around the perimeter of the area to
be cleaned. Start recording with the right side of the machine facing towards the
wall.
NOTE: While recording Fill-In the reverse switch is not selectable.
3 Drive the machine around the perimeter of the area to be cleaned and drive
back through the start area*, then continue along the plan another 25 feet (8 m)
a second time until the machine automatically comes to a stop**. Machine will
display message "Loop closed." See Figure 3-3A. NOTE: When the Fill-In plan is
being played back the machine will use an algorithm to create a plan that covers
the entire area and ends back at the start point. See Figure 3-3B.

it exits the start area.
** If the machine does not stop on it's own after 25 feet (8m) of overlap the operator
can stop manually or drive a second loop.
