Remedy
Review Fault Code Display table and follow Corrective
Action
Turn on more ambient light in the room or shine a flashlight
on the location tag
Clean all of the sensor lenses (see "Clean Sensor
Lenses")
Severe scratch may require component (sensor)
replacement
(contact Nilfisk Authorized Service Center)
Remove any debris (tape, hair etc.) from the rear wheels.
Debris attached to the wheel can impact the encoder plate
(slotted plate on machine side of wheel) or impact sensor
performance.
Move machine to a Location Tag and Add Location Tag
Position
Use Yellow Supervisor key or change User options to allow
Blue User key to record plans
Power machine OFF/ON then re-record plan
Re-record area, break up large areas into two or more
separate plans.
Drive machine to the start area of a plan (audible cue of
two beeps upon entering start area). Display will indicate
"Start point found" or "Resume area".
If using multiple Location tags, ensure the plan you want to
playback is associated to the last scanned Location tag.
Remove key from machine
Rotate squeegee to be directly behind scrub deck then
attempt playback
Move the Location Tag back to its original position or
delete and re-record plans associated to the Location Tag.
Re-record Fill-In plan making sure to drive the additional
25' along the perimeter after passing through the start
point.
Re-record Fill-In plan this time recording two loops around
the perimeter of the area to be cleaned. See page 43
Re-record area, break up large areas into two or more
separate plans.
The path the machine uses for Fill-In may not be what the
operator expects. This isn't a problem as machine will
determine best path to clean the entire plan area.
• If current plan previously played back successfully –
Choose "Scan Location tag" from Autonomous Help
Screen then re-scan Location tag and replay plan
• If current plan never played back successfully -
Re-record plan
