Note:

The warranty is limited to the replacement, ex works, of a piece that is broken or faulty due to a properly ascertained defect in material or workmanship.
The warranty does not cover any an damage arising from third party transport, incorrect installation or maintenance, negligent or careless use,
or any tampering by third parties. Moreover, the warranty does not cover: glass components, covers, bulbs, refractory surfaces or anything
depending on the normal wear or deterioration of either the system and its accessories; nor does it cover labour costs involved in replacing pieces
covered by warranty.
The warranty becomes null and void in case of non-compliance with payments and for any elements that may have been repaired, modified or
disassembled, even in part, without prior written consent. For technical service during the warranty period, please send a written request to the local dealer
or directly to the Sales Department.

For the safety of the operator, the appliance safety devices should always be maintained in a proper state of efficiency.
This user manual intends to illustrate use and maintenance of the appliance. For this reason, the operator is obliged to follow the instructions.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the appliance or to this manual at any time, without retrofitting existing ovens or updating existing
manuals.

Please read them carefully before installing and using the appliance.

Keep this user manual in a safe place for future consultation by the operators.

Installation must be carried out according to the Manufacturer's instructions and by qualified staff.

This appliance must only be used for the purposes for which it was expressly designed, that is to say to cook pizza or similar foods and other
food products. It is prohibited to bake products containg alcohol. Any other use can be classed as improper.

The appliance is intended only for collective use and must be used only by a qualified professional user, who has been trained to operate it.
The appliance is not intended for use by peopke (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or lacking in
experience or training. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.

When carrying out repairs, always contact one of the Manufacturer's authorised service centres and request that original spare parts be
used.

Failure to comply with the above may compromise the safety of the appliance.

In the event of a breakdown and/or malfunction, always disconnect the appliance and never try to make adjustments or carry out repairs
yourself.
10. If the appliance is to be sold on or transferred to another owner, or if the current owner should move to a new premises but leave this
appliance installed, it is necessary to make sure that this user manual remains with the appliance so that it may be consulted by the new
owner and/or by the fitter
11. In the interests of risk prevention, if the connection cable is damaged in any way, it must be replaced by a technical assistance service
approved by the manufacturer.
12. During installation, should there be any disturbance to equipment sharing the same power supply source, make sure that the impedence is
suitable at the interface point and that the service current capacity is correctly sized for appliance emissions to conform to EN 61000-3-11
and EN 61000-3-12 standards and subsequent modifications.
