- Remove the RH side panel by unfastening the fixing screws
(fig.12).
- Unfasten the support fixing the lamp holder.
- Replace the lamp.
- - Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.4.5
CHANGING THE HEATING ELEMENTS
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, the heating
elements (item 1 Plate B) are replaced inside the leavening
compartment, proceeding as follows:
- Open the leavening compartment doors.
- Unfasten the fixing screws of the heating element support.
- Disconnect the wires feeding the heating elements.
- Remove the heating elements.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to fit the new
elements.
5.4.6
CHANGING THE SWITCHES
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to replace the
switches (item 11/13, Plate B) proceed as follows:
- Remove the RH side panel by unfastening the fixing screws (fig.12).
- Disconnect the faston connectors of the switch to be replaced.
- Replace the switch.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.4.7
CHANGING THE SLIDING DOOR HINGES (where
fitted)
- Open the door.
- Unhook the part of the hinge integrated into the door (fig.25).
- Remove the door and replace the integrated part of the hinge by
unscrewing it.
- Replace the part of the hinge that is integrated into the compartment,
by unscrewing it.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
NOTE: Make sure that the doors slide easily in their guides and if
necessary, apply a suitable food grade lubricant to the guides.
Check the width between the doors on the leavening compartment on a
regular basis (especially after installing complete equipment in the
chosen position). Make this check with the doors closed.
To adjust the sliding doors on the leavening compartment follow the
instructions supplied with the equipment: intervene manually with the
aid of a screwdriver on the two adjustment screws to be found on each
hinge (fig.44)
If necessary, perform this operation on each of the four hinges fitted.
5.5
CHANGING EXTRACTION HOOD COMPONENTS
5.5.1
CHANGING THE HOOD ELECTRIC FAN
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to change the
hood electric fan proceed as follows:
- Disconnect the wires feeding the electric fan.
- Unscrew the electric fan support.
- Unscrew the fan from its support and replace
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.5.2
CHANGING
SUCTION
COMPONENTS
After carrying out the operations described in 5.1 above, to change
suction speed adjustment components proceed as follows:
- Remove the RH side panel by unfastening the fixing screws.
- Disconnect the wires feeding the component.
- Change the component.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
5.5.3
CHANGING AND CLEANING THE STEEL GRILLES
The steam coming out of the front of the oven when the doors are
opened is conveyed inside the extraction hood through steel pipes to
then arrive in the rear flue. The front of the hood has a large extraction
grille.
After carrying out the operations described in point 5.1, to change and
clean the steel grilles (item 7, Plate C) proceed as follows:
- Open the door of the top chamber module to make operations easier.
- Take off the LH grille by moving it (first moving it to the right so
that it slightly overlaps the RH grille and then rotating it) carefully to
avoid any collisions.
- Remove the RH grilled by moving it carefully to avoid any
collisions.
- Clean and/or replace the grilles.
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
WARNING! For safety reasons, never use the hood if the grilles
are not fitted.

WARNING! All grille replacements/cleaning must be carried out
using suitable accident prevention equipment, by specialised and
properly licensed technicians.
5.6
GENERAL RESET PROCEDURE
If any electronic malfunctions are encountered, or when one of the
electronic cards is replaced, it is advisable to carry out a general reset.
The reset procedure needs to be carried out when switching on the
equipment at the main switch 0/1 of the baking chamber (fig.26) and
immediately after, holding down the "Cursor" and "Return"
buttons together for 5 seconds (a beep sound will confirm this).
Press the "OK" button on the display screen to
open the screen for putting the chamber into service (fig.28).
This general reset operation will return the parameters to their default
settings.
The reset also zeros the clock, which will have to be reset.
5.7
DISMANTLING
When the appliance or its parts are dismantled, the various components
must be divided according to type of material, and then disposed of in
compliance with current laws and regulations.
The crossed out wheeled bin symbol means that within
the European Union, the electrical parts are subject to
special waste collection laws at the end of their life
cycle. As well as to this device, this standard applies to
all accessories marked with this symbol. Do not dispose
of these products along with other household waste
