Replacing Piston pin Bushing
(When removing)
1. Press-out the piston pin bushing using a piston pin bushing
replacing tool.
(When installing)
• NOTE
- Clean the bushing hole and bushing at the connecting rod
small end, and apply engine oil to them.
- Align the oil hole of the connecting rod small end to the oil
hole of the bushing. Check that the bushing seam position is
in the direction as shown in the figure.
1- Press-fit new bushing, noting its tilt, using piston pin bushing
replacing tool, and align the connecting rod and bushing oil holes,
then press-fit the bushing with a press so that the bushing seam
is in the position shown on the left figure.
Cambio del Buje del Perno de Pistón
(Cuando se lo saca)
1- Presione hacia afuera el buje del perno del pistón usando la
herramienta específica para ello.
(Cuando se instala)
• NOTA
- Limpie el orificio del buje y el buje en la parte final pequeña
de la biela, y acéitelos.
- Alinear el orificio de la parte final pequeña de la biela y el
orificio de aceite del buje. Controlar que la posición de la
costura del buje esté en la dirección que muestra la figura.
1- Colocar a presión el nuevo buje, cuidando su inclinación y hacerlo
con la herramienta específica para esta tarea. Alinear los orificios
de aceite de la biela y del buje, luego colocar el buje a presión
con una prensa de manera tal que la costura del mismo esté en
la posición que muestra la figura de la izquierda.
