6.10- How to replace sharpening stone

Replace the sharpener stone when you find
that it has lost its sharpening ability.
ATTENTION!
Turn off the tractor and remove
the ignition key before starting
the following procedure.
Remove the 3 nuts (A).

Remove the sharpener (B) from the

machine.
Remove the bolt (C).
3.
Unscrew the pin (D) by turning the handle

(E).
Remove the shaft (F) with the stone.
5.
Remove the three bolts (G) to loosen the
6.
stone.
Replace stone set with the flange (H).
7.
NOTE!
After replacing the stone set, confirm
that the bolts are properly tightened.
If the stone set comes loose during
sharpening, it will be hit by the
knives, damaging the machine and
possibly causing an accident with
personal injury.
Always use original Nogueira stone.
Inadequate stone can break during
sharpening and cause an accident
with personal injury.
