CAMERA: for camera recording
PLAYER: for playing back or editing tape
OFF: power off
(2] REMOTE ¢ (LANC) control jack
Connect the LANC & connecting cable of a
wired remote control unit such as an editing
controller.
¢ (LANC) stands for Local Application
Control Bus System. The € control jack is
used for controlling the tape transport of
video equipment and peripherals connected
to it. This jack has the same function as the
connectors indicated as CONTROL L or
REMOTE.
[3] @ (earphone) jack (minijack) (p. 27)
Connect an earphone (not supplied) to monitor
the sound while viewing the playback or the
recording picture.
[4} START/STOP button (p. 20)
To start recording, press it after setting the
POWER switch to CAMERA and turning
STANDBY up.
To stop recording momentarily, press it again.

Conéctele ef cable conector LANC @ de un
telemando alambrico, como un controlador de
edicion.

La toma de control © se utiliza para controla:
el transporte de la cinta del videoequipo y lo:
periféricos a él conectados. Esta toma posee
la misma funcion que los conectores
indicados con CONTROL L o REMOTE.

Conéctele un auricular (no suministrado) para
escuchar el sonido al observar las imagenes
reproducidas o las de videofilmacién.

Para iniciar la videofilmacién, presiénela
después de haber puesto el selector POWER er
CAMERA y de haber girado STANDBY hacia
arriba.
Para detener momentaneamente la
videofilmacién, vuelva a presionarla.
