If the plug connection of the cable for the mucosal electrode comes un-
done, a signal sounds. The apex locator is deactivated.
System: selects a file system (forward, reverse).

Torque: Increases or decreases the torque.

NOTE
The reading on the display flashes whenever the torque does not correspond
to the manufacturer's settings. You can save this new setting by pressing the
"Save" key. The value stops flashing once it has been saved.
Rpm: Increases or decreases the speed.

ing the "Save" key. The value stops flashing once it has been saved.
Simultaneously press the "Set Up" and "System " keys.
Alternatively for the battery-powered mode:
Press "System " key during power-up.

NOTE
The manufacturer's rpm and torque settings should be regarded as
"recommended values".
A/Rev: AutoReverse function.
If the AutoReverse function is switched on ("A/Rev" key = yellow LED on)
A/Rev
and the set torque is reached, the micromotor automatically starts running in
the opposite direction.
In order to change back to the forward direction, lift your foot off of the pedal,
thus stopping the micromotor. If you then press the pedal again, the micromo-
tor once again starts running in the forward direction.
If the AutoReverse mode is switched off ("A/Rev" key = yellow LED off) and
the set torque is reached, the micromotor automatically switches off.
