Press "Cal" briefly to deactivate or activate (
micromotor stop if the file reached the apex. An

Briefly press "Cal" again (

pieces with reduced ratios.

We recommend using our ENDO 6:1 contra-angle handpiece.
Use the "Reduct." key to select contra-angle handpieces, e.g. 6:1, 16:1,
18:1, 20:1, 24:1. The SIROEndo Pocket automatically selects the correct
torque and speed to match the selected contra-angle handpiece.
Reverse: Manually changes the micromotor's direction of rotation to counter-
clockwise. This is indicated with the micromotor running by the lit LED on the
Reverse
key, which optionally may be accompanied by an acoustic signal.
Motor: Starts/stops the micromotor independently of the foot control.

Cal: Attach the contra-angle handpiece to the micromotor. Make sure that no
file is inserted. Press "Cal" until the display shows the following image:

The micromotor starts running automatically. An autocheck of the contra-
angle handpiece is then run to calculate the motor offset during rotation.
A calibration must be performed each time you lubricate or change the contra-
angle handpiece.
