- Loosen fuel cap slowly to release pressure
and to keep fuel from escaping around the

- Clean surface around fuel cap to prevent
contamination.
- Prior to replacing the fuel cap, clean and

inspect the gasket.
- Tighten fuel cap securely after refuelling. Unit
vibration can cause an improperly tightened

fuel cap to loosen or come off and spill
quantities of fuel.
- Wipe spilled fuel from the unit and allow

remaining fuel to evaporate. Move 3 m away
from refuelling site before starting engine.
- Never attempt to burn off spilled fuel under

combustible materials such as dry leaves,
straw, paper, etc.

- Take care not to get fuel on your clothing. If

- Store and transport fuel in a clean container

CAUTION - Never use a fuel with an
ethanol percentage higher than 10%;
gasohol (mixture of gasoline and
ethanol) up to 10% ethanol or E10 fuel
are acceptable.
Alkylate gasoline
CAUTIONS – Alkylate fuels have different
density than normal fuel. Therefore
engines, set with normal fuel, need
different H jet regulation to avoid critical
issues. For this operation it's necessary
turned at a Licensed Service Dealer.
After having removed the fuel cap (4, Fig.2)
refuel using a funnel, but do not completely fill
the tank.
Checking machine safety and efficiency
WARNING: Do not use the machine if
you are unsure whether it is working
safely or efficiently. If in doubt, contact
your Dealer immediately to make the
necessary checks and repairs.

6.2 Using the Machine

Starting
CAREFULLY READ THE ENGINE INSTRUCTION
MANUAL.
WARNING: The engine must be started
in an open or well-ventilated area.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT EXHAUST
GASES ARE TOXIC.
WARNING
- Before starting the engine, check the
correct operation of the controls.
- Do not touch the muffler or the engine
while it is running or immediately after
stopping it. These parts can become very
hot.
- Do not leave the machine unattended with
the engine running. Stop the engine
