functions of all controls and all control
devices. Learn the meaning of all

before using the machine.

Keep handles and levers clean, dry and free
from all traces of oil, fuel, general dirt or ice.

Clutch lever (1) - Use this lever to engage or
disengage the clutch. The crawlers rotate if the
lever is lowered, when the engine is running.

When the lever is released, the clutch is
d i s e n g a g e d a n d t h e p a r k i n g b r a k e
automatically engages.

Left crawler unlock lever (2) - Pull the lever to
rotate the machine to the left.

Accelerator lever (3) - This regulates the
engine's rpm. The positions are indicated on a
label showing the following symbols:

SLOW position for minimum engine speed,

FAST position for maximum engine speed.

Right crawler unlock lever (5) - Pull the lever
to rotate the machine to the right.
Starter Handle (6) - It must be used to start the
engine.

Gearshift lever (8) - It has five positions:
For models 450-4500:
N = Neutral position
1 = First forward speed
2 = Second forward speed
3 = Third forward speed
R = Reverse
For models 550-560-5600-550D-1750D-50D:
N = Neutral position
1-2 = First and second forward speeds
R1-R2 = First and second reverse speeds
3 = Third forward speed
4 = Fourth forward speed
WARNING: The gear change must be
made at a standstill (clutch lever (1)
released).
Lock lever body (9) - With this release the lever
body to be able to raise the position of tipping.
(except for models 550D-1750D-50D)
WARNING: Lock the transport box
down, before moving the machine.
Ground switch (10) – 2-positions:
I = engine starting enabled
0 = engine stop
Starter lever (11) (on the engine) – Used for
cold engine starting.
Slow-Fast speed control lever (12) (only first
a n d s e c o n d s p e e d f o r m o d e l s
550-560-5600-550D-1750D-50D) – Has 2
positions:
S = to select 1 and R1 with the gear lever
F = to select 2 and R2 with the gear lever
