PELIGRO
Un disco sucio ensucia las pastillas y por consiguien-
te reduce la eficacia de frenado. Las pastillas sucias
deben ser sustituidas, mientras que el disco sucio
debe ser limpiado con un producto desengrasante de
alta calidad.
De conducir con las llantas dañadas se perjudica la
seguridad propia, de los demás y del vehículo.
Controle las condiciones de la llanta rueda y, de re-
sultar dañada, hágala sustituir.

ATENCION
Durante la instalación ponga cuidado en no dañar los
tubos, el disco y las pastillas del freno.
Para instalar la rueda delantera actúe de la siguiente ma-
nera:
Coloque la rueda entre las barras de la horquilla.
Coloque la lengüeta del reenvio del cuentakilómetros
(1) en su sede correspondiente sobre el cubo rueda.
Introduzca el diente (2) del reenvio del cuentakilóme-
tros entre las dos espigas antirotación (3) presentes en
la horquilla.
Introduzca el eje (4), desde el lado derecho del vehícu-
lo (sentido de marcha).
Introduzca el distanciador (5) entre el cubo y la barra
izquierda de la horquilla.
Empuje manualmente el perno (4) hasta introducirlo
completamente.
Introduzca la arandela, bloquee la rotación del eje de
la rueda (4) por medio de una llave hexagonal, y enros-
que y apriete la tuerca (6).
Par de apriete tuerca eje rueda (6) : 50 Nm (5 kgm).
Vuelva a instalar la pinza del freno delantero (7), véase
pág. 115 (DESMONTAJE PINZA FRENO DELANTE-
RO).
Con la palanca del freno delantera accionada, presio-
ne varias veces sobre el manillar, empujando hacia el
fondo la horquilla. De tal forma las barras de la horqui-
lla se ajustarán de manera apropiada.
Apriete los dos tornillos de la brida del eje de la rueda
(9).
Par de apriete tornillos brida eje rueda (9):
12 Nm (1,2 kgm).
Compruebe que los componentes siguientes no estén
sucios:
– neumático;
– rueda;
– disco de freno.

PELIGRO
Tras la instalación, accione varias veces la palanca
del freno y controle el funcionamiento correcto del
sistema de frenado.
Controle el centrado de la rueda.
Se aconseja llevar a controlar los pares de apriete, el
centrado y el equilibrado ,véase pág. 129 (RUEDAS /
NEUMATICOS) para evitar inconvenientes que po-
drían causar daños graves a los demás y a sí mismo.

A dirty disc soils the pads, with consequent reduction
of the braking efficiency. Dirty pads must be replaced,
while dirty discs must be cleaned with a high-quality
degreaser.
Riding with damaged rims is dangerous for the rider,
the vehicle and other people.
Check the conditions of the wheel rim and have it
changed if it is damaged.

While reassembling the wheel, be careful not to dam-
age the brake pipe, the disc and the pads.
To reassemble the front wheel, proceed as follows:
Position the wheel between the fork tubes.
Position the odometer control (1) in the suitable seat in
the wheel hub.
Insert the tooth (2) of the odometer control between the
two antirotation pins (3) positioned on the fork.
Insert the pin (4) from the right side of the vehicle (di-
rection of travel).
Insert the spacer (5) ring between the hub and the left
fork rod.
Manually push the pin (4) until inserting it completely.
Insert the washer, lock the rotation of the wheel pin (4)
by means of a hexagon spanner and screw and tighten
the nut (6).
Wheel pin nut driving torque (6): 50 Nm (5 kgm).
Reassemble the front brake caliper, see p. 115 (RE-
MOVING THE FRONT BRAKE CALIPER).
With pulled front brake lever, press the handlebar re-
peatedly, thrusting the fork downwards. In this way the
fork rods will settle properly.
Tighten the two screws of the wheel pin clamp (9).
Driving torque of the wheel pin clamp screws (9):
12 Nm (1.2 kgm).
Make sure that the following components are not dirty:
– tyre;
– wheel;
– brake disc.

After reassembly, pull the front brake lever repeatedly
and check the correct functioning of the braking sys-
tem.
Check the wheel centering.
Have the driving torques, centering and balancing of
the wheel checked, see p. 129 (WHEELS / TYRES) in
order to avoid accidents that may be harmful for you
and/or other people.
