Destornille y quite el tornillo (13), recuperando la aran-
dela y el casquillo.
Destornille y quite los dos tornillos (14), recuperando
las arandelas y los casquillos.
Destornille y quite el tornillo (15), recuperando la aran-
dela especial.
Saque la tapa variador (16).
Destornille y quite la tuerca perno transmisión motor-ele-
mento de conexión (17) con la arandela correspondiente.
Par de apriete tuerca perno transmisión motor-ele-
mento de conexión: 50 Nm (5 kgm).

PELIGRO
Prepare un soporte (18) que hay que introducir entre los
empalmes perno transmisión motor-elemento de co-
nexión, para sostener el vehículo sin motor, rueda trase-
ra, silenciador de escape y caballete central.
A causa del peso y de las dimensiones de los compo-
nentes y del vehículo, las operaciones siguientes exi-
gen a un segundo operador.
Acuérdese previamente de la subdivisión de las opera-
ciones (que hemos marcado con: "A" operaciones 1er
operador y "B" operaciones 2° operador), el procedi-
miento de realización y eventuales señales de cuidado.
OPERE CON LA MAXIMA PRECAUCION.
El peso y las dimensiones del vehículo pueden causar
desequilibrios peligrosos en fase de levantamiento, con
posibilidad de vuelco del mismo.
ACTUE CON PRECAUCIÓN Y ASEGURESE DE QUE
PUEDA SOSTENER EL PESO DEL VEHICULO.
"A" Levante, actuando sobre el bastidor, la parte trase-
ra del vehículo.
"B" Extraiga del todo el perno transmisión motor-elemen-
to de conexión (19) con la arandela correspondiente.

PELIGRO
Al avanzar, si no está controlada, la rueda delantera
podría girar perjudicando la estabilidad del vehículo y
la seguridad de los operadores.
"A" y "B" Agarre el manillar y avance con el vehículo lo
suficiente para alejarse del motor.
"A" Sostenga el vehículo.
"B" Coloque entre los empalmes perno transmisión
motor-elemento de conexión el soporte (18) previa-
mente preparado.
"B" Introduzca del todo el perno transmisión motor-ele-
mento de conexión (19) (conectando elemento de co-
nexión y soporte (18)) y atornille la tuerca (17).
"A" Baje el vehículo y asegúrese de que esté apoyado
de manera segura.
El motor, equipado con distanciador perno transmisión mo-
tor-elemento de conexión (20), rueda trasera y silenciador
de escape, quedará en posición sobre el caballete central.

PELIGRO
Maniobre con precaución. Cuidado con los dedos y
los miembros. Ponga cuidado con las operaciones de
levantamiento y desplazamiento porque el caballete,
regresando a su posición de reposo, puede causar el
aplastamiento o contusiones de dedos o miembros.

PELIGRO
Tape el colector de aspiración del motor para impedir
la entrada de impurezas y cuerpos extraños.
"A" y "B" Levante el motor equipado con rueda, silen-
ciador de escape y caballete central, y colóquelo sobre
el banco de trabajo.
Unscrew and remove the screw (13), taking the washer
and the bush.
Unscrew and remove the two screws (14), taking the
washers and the bushes.
Unscrew and remove the screw (15), taking the special
washer.
Remove the speed variator cover (16).
Unscrew and remove the connection link - engine ful-
crum pin nut (17) with the relevant washer.
Driving torque of the connection link - engine fulcrum
pin nut: 50 Nm (5 kgm).

Provide a support (18) that is to be inserted between
the connection link-engine fulcrum pin couplings, to
support the vehicle when the engine, the rear wheel,
the exhaust silencer and the centre stand have been
removed.
Due to the weight and dimensions of the components
and of the vehicle, the following operations must be
performed by two persons.
Define the respective tasks of each operator in ad-
vance ("A" = operations to be carried out by the first
operator, "B" = operations to be carried out by the
second operator). Define also the operating proce-
dures and any warning signal.
PROCEED VERY CAREFULLY.
When the vehicle is lifted, its weight and dimensions
may cause dangerous unbalancing of the vehicle itself,
which may also make it tip over.
PROCEED WITH CARE AND BE SURE THAT YOU
CAN BEAR THE WEIGHT OF THE VEHICLE.
"A" Lift the rear part of the vehicle, by acting on the frame.
"B" Completely withdraw the connection link-engine
fulcrum pin (19) with the relevant washer.

If the front wheel advances without being controlled,
it may steer and impair the stability of the vehicle and
the safety of the operators.
"A" and "B" Hold the handlebars and advance the vehicle
as much as necessary to get out of the engine casing.
"A" Support the vehicle.
"B" Position the support (18) prepared in advance be-
tween the connection link-engine fulcrum pin cou-
plings.
"B" Insert the connection link-engine fulcrum pin (19)
completely (by joining connection link and support (18))
and screw the nut (17).
"A" Lower the vehicle and make sure that it is stable.
The engine, complete with connection link-engine fulcrum
pin spacer (20), rear wheel and exhaust silencer will re-
main on the centre stand.

Handle with care. Take care not to crush your fingers,
arms and legs. Be careful when lifting and moving the
vehicle, since you may crush or bruise your fingers,
arms, or legs when the stand returns to its rest position.

Plug the engine suction manifold, to prevent any acci-
dental introduction of impurities and foreign matters.
"A" and "B" Lift the engine complete with wheel, ex-
haust silencer and centre stand and position it on the
work bench.
